Senior Product Marketing Manager
Description
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll handle market research on current products and prepare product release plans. Leverage your full-cycle product marketing experience to co-create the processes and stakeholder alignment necessary to evaluate and evolve Harvest’s value prop across existing and new global markets. Expect to influence pricing and positioning while identifying TAM with business leaders. Own the customer research, hone the personas, and guide messaging. You will create strong market positioning for products and participate in Product, Marketing, and Growth discussions as an SME on the product. This is a great opportunity to help build Product Marketing from the ground up and help drive the next wave of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct customer and market research, win/loss analyses, and interviews with internal stakeholders and customers alike, packaging and presenting key insights.
- Be the product expert, evangelist, and advocate of Harvest across both internal and external audiences.
- Leverage your understanding of the target market and the Harvest product to develop key messaging and positioning, including value proposition, reasons to believe, feature-level messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the sales funnel, partnering internally to craft trial onboarding and nurture programs that intelligently enable trailers to find value in Harvest quickly.
- Develop and lead the execution of customer marketing programs supporting feature launches.
- Identify Total Addressable Market (TAM); and evaluate the GTM strategies based on existing and net new market opportunities.
- Be a core part of connecting product and strategy alignment for Product, Marketing, and the business stakeholders at large; alongside your team.
Requirements
What You’ve Done
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS Try/Buy and/or B2B technology.
- Track record of executing successful go-to-market launches that drive market awareness, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Demonstrable success in developing strategic messaging that synthesizes customer needs, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Proven ability to extract insights from research and translate those insights into go-to-market strategies.
- Skilled storyteller and customer-centric in your approach to marketing.

- A competitive base pay: The salary for this role is $160,000 annually. Every Harvester with the same role expectations receives the same base pay. And we aim to pay at the top of the market (informed by third-party data) for all roles.
