Senior Project Manager
About the Role
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the product team by providing leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence. This role will allow you to work closely with Product Managers and individual contributors, coordinating efforts to meet project goals efficiently. You’ll leverage your organizational and planning skills to ensure that all tasks are executed smoothly, timelines are met, and projects align with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and run project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Identify and follow up on dependencies, ensuring that potential roadblocks are addressed proactively.
- Manage tasks across the project lifecycle, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Maintain 1:1 communication with Product Managers and individual contributors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.
- Lead and coach teams new to Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Document workflow and provide workflow analysis to optimize project outcomes.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including developing timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, address deviations, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify dependencies and proactively resolve them to ensure smooth project execution.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a passion for coaching teams in these practices.
- Technical background or experience with GenAI/Machine Learning projects is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
