Your Role:
Leadr is looking for an experienced and startup-ready Senior Software Engineer with a React focus to contribute to product improvements, exciting new features, and technical improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to our web client (React + Typescript) as a senior member of a stable and tenured team
- Coordinate with backend-focused Node and C# developers or own smaller features full-stack
- Participate in mentorship and code review opportunities around the team to advance our codebase and help set best practices
- Help break down large feature work into smaller chunks for estimation and planning purposes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Preferred: B2B SaaS experience
- Highly proficient with React + Typescript in production. React 16.8+ (hook-based functional component) experience is critical.
- Preferred, not required: Production backend experience in Typescript and/or C#

$115,000 - $125,000 a year
