JOB TITLE: Senior Recruiter

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help scale our organization with world-class talent. You will own the entire technical recruiting process while personifying the company values and culture. The Senior Talent and Culture Manager will partner with stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies across all functions of the organization. This role will also have an instrumental part in assisting in ad-hoc People & Culture team projects, therefore, our ideal candidate will have versatility and an interest in functions outside of strictly recruiting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Develop and drive new initiatives across the People & Culture Team with the focus on talent acquisition, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, retention, and other related activities.
  • Revamp and streamline the current recruitment process that better aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization. 
  • Manage the full-cycle technical recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline by conducting in-depth candidate phone screens, interviews, and assessments
  • Use a data-driven approach and effective sourcing strategies to optimize and diversify the hiring funnel
  • Provide a consistent and positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to new hire onboarding
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company
  • Develop and manage partnerships with staffing agencies and provide support to hiring managers and the agencies to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process
  • Develop and lead training on interviewing best practices 
  • Research, develop, and implement a comprehensive internship program 
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Maintain consistent and updated salary bands and job descriptions aligned with business goals
  • Foster strong employee branding by researching and implementing methods to attract top talent
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
  • Arrange industry focused events
  • Collaborate on People & Culture Team ad hoc projects with leadership or the People & Culture as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

As a Senior Technical Acquisition Manager at Splice, you might find yourself:

  • 7+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience
  • Demonstrable experience with diversity & inclusion recruiting best practices, including sourcing and closing diverse candidates at all levels
  • Experience working with stakeholders throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Process and goal oriented, with metrics and data driving your recruiting strategy
  • Clear, succinct communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Interest in other People & Culture projects 

NICE TO HAVES: 

  • Experience using ATS systems and HR databases, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with internal compensation reviews and managing salary band

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is $102,500 - $127,500. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
