We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to support recruiting for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across the APAC region (excluding Japan). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in hiring top talent for a category-defining, Enterprise Planning SaaS leader in Connected Planning. The position offers you the chance to shape and scale talent acquisition efforts across some of the most interesting as well as dynamic markets in the world i.e., India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ. Insights on your Impact:

  • Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate with GTM leaders across APAC countries i.e., India, Southeast Asia/ANZ to define and execute robust recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from talent sourcing, candidate engagement, to offer negotiation—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • GTM Focused Hiring: Source and hire top-tier talent for critical GTM roles, including Sales, Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, ensuring the best fit for the organization's goals.
  • Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates across multiple countries and varying levels of complexity.
  • Talent Ambassador: Be the face of Anaplan for prospective candidates, passionately telling our story and helping shape a compelling employer brand narrative in the market.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and come up with recruitment process enhancements ideas that lead to an optimized and seamless hiring experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to meet both recruiting and broader organizational objectives.
  • Employer Branding: Leverage social media, events, and professional networks to elevate Anaplan's employer brand and attract top-tier talent.

Who You are:

  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in an In-house role ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, Internet/Startup or Technology consulting environment, with a strong emphasis on recruiting across GTM/Business functions (Sales, Presales, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in GTM or Business hiring especially recruiting for Sales & Presales functions.
  • Current or past experience hiring across International markets would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify talent.
  • Skilled at partnering with Business Leaders. Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence; able to productively partner with both external and internal customers.
  • Creative ideas and enthusiasm for enhancing employer branding through social media, events, and networking initiatives.
