THE ROLE
The People & Talent department is looking for a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition contractor/freelancer to join our fast-paced, experienced Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month duration. This person will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for critical talent needs across various internal capability teams.
The relationship you build with your candidates won’t stop at the offer stage, as you’ll work to make sure we retain the talent we attract to enable year over year growth at AG1. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and will play a crucial part in the company's success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand executive hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and use of executive search databases.
- Evaluate senior and executive candidates based on leadership capabilities, industry experience, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry leaders, and external partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing insights into the organization's culture, vision, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with the TA Specialist to ensure coordination of interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, including compensation discussions, contract terms, and on-boarding transition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and send regular reports and updates for senior leadership and hiring teams on recruitment activities and outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring senior-level executives.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive talent across multiple industries and functional areas.
- Strong understanding of compensation trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive-level candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in executive search tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is X - X and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
