Senior Revenue Accountant

As a Senior Revenue Accountant you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Success and Finance organizations to ensure customer contracts are reviewed and accounted for accurately according to ASC 606 revenue standard.
What you'll do:
- Review order forms and contracts for revenue recognition and key terms
- Establish revenue review processes to ensure revenue recognition is in compliance with ASC 606
- Work with the Professional Services team to optimize revenue recognition processes and reconciliations
- Participate in month-end close processing including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of revenue and deferred accounts, and running/pulling together applicable reports
- Research and document technical matters related to revenue such as SSP assumptions, deferred commission assumptions and key judgments under 606.
- Support all revenue related audit requests
- Prepare and analyze monthly revenue results to report to Accounting Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal and Customer Success teams
- Assist with maintaining and enhancing revenue recognition policies
- Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales and Professional Services

What we're looking for:
- BS/BA in Accounting required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606
- Ability to analyze customer sales orders, identify key non-standard terms and account for revenue accurately
- Strong attention to detail in review
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize requests based on importance and timing
