Senior Rust Developer
We are seeking a Senior Rust Developer with proven blockchain experience to become an integral part of our dynamic team. We are firmly embedded in the fast-paced world of blockchain technology, dedicated to turning ambitious concepts into concrete realities and pushing the boundaries of what's technologically possible.
This role demands more than just a proficient coder. We need a master of Rust, a savvy operator in consensus algorithms, an expert in the Ethereum Virtual Machine, and above all, a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. You should be equally comfortable working independently or collaborating effectively within a team environment.
As a Senior Rust Developer, you'll need to be both autonomous and collaborative, adept at managing your workload independently, but always ready to join forces with your team when it's time for a joint venture. The ideal candidate for this role is a determined individual ready to face challenges in the rapidly evolving landscape of blockchain technology. Responsibilities
- Research and develop cutting-edge blockchain technology using Rust/Substrate.
- Design and implement robust back-end web services that interact seamlessly with blockchains.
- Collaborate effectively with our team, taking ownership and planning projects for long-term impact.
- Develop top-tier products and services, utilizing the most innovative and advanced technologies to transform ideas into viable solutions.
- Continually expand your knowledge, ready to learn and implement new programming languages.
We’re Looking for:
- Mastery in Rust, with solid professional engineering experience.
- Proven track record as a Blockchain Developer or similar role, including a comprehensive understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
- In-depth understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine, gas optimization tradeoffs, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the skill to design and implement efficient blockchain solutions.
