The Position
Our Sales Development team works closely with our partners in both Sales and Marketing to build fanatical customer enthusiasm around Neptune. Our SDRs play a key role in our growth and expansion, responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our sales organization.

Impact You Will Drive
- Identify high-potential businesses that would be a good fit to work with Neptune across your region
- Identify and engage with IT and business decision makers, establishing rapport with all levels of prospects including senior executives by phone, email, & social media
- Use research and data to prioritize and customize outreach aiming to understand prospect needs and effectively communicate how Neptune can help
- Drive new business revenue through inbound and outbound opportunity generation
- Respond to various inbound requests, ranging from event registrations to trials and webinar sign-ups
- Provide prompt feedback to our Marketing Team for continuous improvement of our campaigns and messaging
- Partner with Sales to develop account engagement plans and execute territory plans from idea-generation to qualified discovery calls
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team and nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline growth
- Develop comprehensive sales and product knowledge, remaining informed of competitors and industry trends
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity reporting in Salesforce for effective lead, opportunity and account management to drive your forecasting abilities
- Make autonomous decisions while collaborating effectively with your team of SDRs and Account Executives
- Have a tangible impact on your peers and global operations as a foundational member of the SDR team under Neptune’s Global Director of Sales Development
What You Bring to the Team

We Love
- Track record of hitting and exceeding goals on fast-paced teams, consistent measurable overachievement in past high-growth environments
- Previous tech industry experience or experience building outbound pipeline in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Working experience with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with Low-Code No-Code and the SAP ecosystem is a plus
- Professional Fluency in French is a plus
