Senior Sales Enablement Manager

As a Senior Sales Enable Manager, focused on Sales Development, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and executing on projects and programs for the Sales Development Team. You must be passionate about project and program management in service of operational efficiency and maximizing impact of the Sales Development team.

You will play a key role in creating and delivering sales enablement programs to help grow and optimize our business. Additionally, you will work with our Sales Development Reps (SDRs) in the field during the sales onboarding period to help them ramp as quickly as possible. Learning will be delivered both virtually and in person. A significant portion of time will be spent personally facilitating learning and coaching SDRs. You will be accountable for tracking and measuring enablement outcomes for your assigned SDR team and developing plans for continuous program improvement.

This role is for someone who loves working directly with SDRs as a facilitator and coach. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently and where demonstration of strong communication and delivery skills will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with field leaders, especially within the SDR organization.
  • Pursue a deep understanding of our Sales Development business goals to bring a point of view on the learning solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders and reps.
  • Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with the Sales Development Leadership Team. Translate those business needs into measurable outcomes and align to broader enablement initiatives.
  • Create and lead new hire onboarding programs and certification programs, that build upon existing onboarding to deliver specifically for SDRs.
  • Lead continual training of reps and managers in building out SDR competencies and as needed when strategies or priorities shift.
  • Build and organize content such as Chorus library folders, call lists, and training decks, in collaboration with the field content team, to make them easily accessible to SDR teams.
  • Develop, manage, and collect data that contributes to monitoring the performance of enablement programs.
  • Manage the technology used for Sales Enablement (including Lessonly, Guru, Outreach, and Chorus).
  • As part of the broader field enablement team, create and deliver key experiences such as field kickoff with a focus on crafting these experiences for the SDR team.
  • Other duties as assigned

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $103,600– $194,350.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:

$138,000 – $194,350: New York City

$120,000 – $169,000: Nassau, Newburgh

$103,600 – $155,350: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
