Senior Sales Manager
TL Digital Solutions GmbH is a remote-first company that provides a collaborative logistics platform called TradeLink. We simplify B2B shipment collaboration for mid-sized businesses. Our open layer connects users, assets, and systems in shared shipment processes, offering simple workflow tools to all participants. We foster collaboration among supply chain actors through thought leadership, fair benefit distribution, and transparent reputations. We have adopted a land and expand strategy, following the customer journey. This has led to our internal organization in squads and tribes. These include Demand, Landing, Value, Virality, and Launchpad Squads.
As our Senior Strategic Sales Manager (all genders) you will lead end-to-end processes in our Go-to-Market team. Leveraging your expertise, you'll advise with a genuine consultative sales approach our prospects in the logistics space. In this role you will work directly together with our CEO and Co-founder who leads our GTM efforts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own your pipeline end-to-end from discovery and to building a compelling impact case, to winning the organization and negotiating the deal to closure.
- Develop expertise in both inbound and outbound logistics across various industries, understanding how they align with our target accounts' strategic objectives, while also mastering the TradeLink platform.
- You act as a respected advisor to our future customers. You represent Tradelink to the outside world by building sincere relationships with prospects and customers, while helping them achieve their goals.
- You take a leading role in the collaboration with the BDR team to evaluate and create the most promising opportunities, while sharing industry learnings with the organisation.
- You work closely with the GTM team and the CEO in iterating our sales approach based on our market learnings.
- You take a leading role in representing Tradelink in selective events like exhibitions, customer events and webinars.
- You build direct relationships to Product, Marketing and Customer Success to share your learnings and get support for your deals.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have at least several years of experience earned in consulting, business development or comparable roles.
- You have a very good understanding of logistics or supply chain management that allow you to speak the language of our customers and can analyse their problems.
- You have a natural curiosity for our prospects business and are able to think fast in order to build convincing cases and win the trust of our prospects.
- You have experience in managing organisational decision making processes and handlingmultiple stakeholders.
- You bring a high hunger for success that translates into persistence, resilience and proactivity that make you win great opportunities and competitive processes.
- You are fluent in German and English.
