We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced, and motivated Senior Recruiter with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our recruitment efforts and help grow our LATAM team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is adept at navigating the challenges of working at a high-growth company. You will own hiring for go-to-market roles for our sales team in LATAM under Agustin Alaman.  

This role will cover the following areas:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Sourcing candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter as well as referrals and your network
  • Conducting talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates
  • Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics
  • Continuously identifying new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy
  • Partnering with our Director of Sales to help scale the organization, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written communication in English
  • 6+ years of experience hiring Enterprise Account Executive roles in LATAM
  • Experience with 50%+ of candidates being directly sourced by you
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
