We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our operations team. As our dedicated Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the Salesforce system meets their needs and aligns with the overall business objectives.

what you will do (let’s call them Responsibilities):

  • Salesforce System Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters. Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform and CPQ implementation, including configuration, customization, user management, security, data integrity, and system integrations.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing user support and training to ensure Salesforce and CPQ adoption and proficiency across the organization. Assist users with troubleshooting, report generation, and data management.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce and CPQ. Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and best practices. Perform data analysis, cleansing, migration, and validation activities as needed.
  • System Enhancements and Customization: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and process automation using declarative tools.
  • Integration and AppExchange Management: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications. Evaluate, install, and manage AppExchange apps to extend the functionality of Salesforce.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and key business metrics. Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet specific stakeholder needs.
  • Release Management: Coordinate and manage Salesforce releases and upgrades. Perform thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure a smooth deployment process.
  • Documentation and Training Material: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation for Salesforce users.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior rev ops analyst. Share best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance the Salesforce team's capabilities.

what you need to have (let's call them Desired Skills and Background):

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Experience with CPQ configuration and implementation
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and related declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange apps.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, cleansing, and migration.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior administrators.
