We are looking for a seasoned Senior SEO & Brand Strategy Manager to lead our marketing and branding initiatives for our AmOne team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand's voice, enhancing our digital presence, and managing our reputation across various platforms. Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete redesign of our website to enhance engagement, user experience, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to integrate best practices in user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Continuously monitor website performance, using data-driven insights to improve content and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies for review management, responding to customer feedback across multiple platforms.
- Monitor online mentions and proactively address issues that could affect the company’s reputation.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Develop and execute branding strategies that enhance our market position and brand recognition.
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support company goals and drive growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform and refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on SEO, branding, and reputation management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing website redesign projects and creating impactful marketing materials.
- Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks and marketing content.
- Experience working with creative teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Financial Services knowledge is a plus
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
