As a Senior SEO Specialist at Neon, you will be pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving organic growth. We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with over 5 years of proven expertise in optimizing websites for search engines. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO strategies, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.
Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and create content strategies that align with business goals.
On-Page and Technical SEO: Optimize website structure, content, and technical elements for SEO, including metadata, schema markup, and site speed improvements.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is search engine-friendly, engaging, and aligned with SEO goals.
Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute a backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority and credibility.
SEO Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific software. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.
Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with the marketing and product team to implement technical SEO improvements, resolve issues, and ensure best practices are followed. Proficiency in developer tools is essential.
We are looking for someone who has
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working closely with developers and using developer tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
