Who We’re Looking For- Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to become an integral member of Clearlink’s Marketing Technology team. As part of this team, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to build the next generation technology stack for one of Utah's most rapidly expanding enterprises. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with prominent national brands.

As our team continues to expand, we are in search of individuals who exhibit both determination, a history of accomplishing goals, and an optimistic mentality. Join us in continuing the development of next-generation technology stacks, applications, products, and microservices.

This position is only open to all current Utah residents who are willing to work in our world-class Headquarters in Draper, UT

The Impact You Will Make

  • Develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Coding using PHP, Go & JavaScript
  • Working extensively with the latest Vue.js and Laravel frameworks
  • Provide technical leadership for solving complex programming tasks
  • Responsible for project life-cycle, analysis, design, development, implementation, support and enhancement
  • Design and maintain coding standards to enhance app development and maintenance
  • Apply experience in PHP, Go, Javascript / Vue.js to enhance Clearlink’s next-generation customer acquisition and tracking system
  • Use PHP and Go to engineer and develop a microservice architecture that facilitates the Clearlink customer tracking platform
  • Sharing what you learn as you grow your programming skills

What You Need

  • 5+ years as a Software Engineer
  • Extensive knowledge of PHP, Go & Javascript
  • Extensive experience working on web applications
  • Thorough comprehension of Vue.js and Laravel frameworks
  • Extensive understanding of MySql and database architecture
  • Proficient in Git version control
  • Strong understanding of Docker
  • High proficiency in written and verbal technical communication
  • A strong desire to learn from others and to teach others
  • Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related degree and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a closely related position
  • Experience with AWS, service-oriented architecture, and/or high-availability architecture.
