The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, you will be part of a feature focused cross-functional native team, working closely with product designers,  product managers, and QA teams. You will collaborate in an agile team with other native developers to deliver features in both iOS and Android in lockstep and on schedule. You will contribute to the technical design, write tasks, and plan the scope of the work, mentor engineers, and swarm to ensure the team succeeds together. You will be a creative contributor to our processes and decision-making so when we build new features, we can ensure scalability and availability of the entire platform. 

What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer Mobile

  • Develop new features, iterating on the current systems, and maintaining our high code quality.
  • Work with designers and product managers to review UI/UX to make the best product for our customers.
  • Collaborate with other engineers on the team to code review, functional test and release iOS and Android builds.
  • Research UI and UX trends and update current applications.
  • Balance customer centricity by writing robust, reusable code that meets our high quality standards set forth in our best practices documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Android or Swift mobile development.
  • Strong knowledge of native operating system capabilities, app signing and deployment processes, and consumer app best practices.
  • Experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of automated unit and integration tests.
  • A solid understanding of how apps communicate with backend services.
  • The ability and desire to grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.
  • Passion for mobile applications and translating code into user-friendly applications.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
