As a Senior Sourcer, you'll be instrumental in identifying top-tier talent for clinical positions. While clinical experience is a plus, it's not a requirement – we value your ability to adapt and learn quickly! This position does not involve taking calls or closing candidates but is pivotal in laying the foundation for successful recruitment outcomes. This will be a 3-month contract with the potential to extend. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with recruiting partners to deeply understand position requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within Ro’s ATS and other metrics/reporting analytics to ensure data integrity

  • A team player willing to help out wherever needed

The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $67-$72, When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
