DataForce is now looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to work remotely from India. As a Senior Sourcing Manager you will drive and evaluate the performance of the sourcing team to attract, recruit and select the highest quality candidates.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing relevant and adaptable strategies to lead, coordinate and monitor the sourcing team activities and performance
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations, while actively sourcing and coordinating with team members, candidates, and leadership
  • Work with Solution Architects and Solution Engineers to build viable sourcing solutions for new prospects
  • Calculate and analyze costs of sourcing and suggest methods to decrease the spend
  • Work with Product, Community and Qualification teams towards continuous improvement of the applicant experience
  • Preparing content for job adverts, training materials and process documentation
  • Data analysis, tracking and strategy development to reach project targets
  • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Managing team capacity and forecasting future hiring needs
  • Preparing material for presentations regarding sourcing insights for internal and external customers
  • Developing ways to bring ideas to execution
  • Promptly resolving issues, working across teams
  • Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to a motivated team of recruiters
  • Lead onboarding process for new joiners and act as a point of contact for all recruitment process
  • Other role related duties as assigned, dependent on program growth

Job requirements

Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is a must
  • Excellent skills in coordination, resource planning and estimation
  • Tech savvy, proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly comfortable with online platforms
  • Highly organized and able to handle tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated; able to follow directions, multi-task, and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Expertise in sourcing via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing
  • Proactive, able to flag possible risks in the completion of the assignments and identify solutions
  • Genuine interest in AI and diverse languages and cultures
  • Sense of humor and positive attitude

Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of prior experience in Recruitment/Sourcing/Talent Acquisition manager role
