Role summary

Do you have a talent for connecting with people? At Sleek, we're searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a natural talent for engaging with people. If you find satisfaction in identifying the potential in individuals and helping them realize it, then this role is for you. Just as our Sales and Partnerships team connects with leads and prospects, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with talented professionals to fuel Sleek's growth.

What You'll Do

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind building our exceptional team. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Strategically Source Talent in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent in accounting, legal, audit, technology, sales and customer support.
  • Craft Engaging Job Descriptions: Create compelling job postings that attract the right candidates and accurately represent Sleek.
  • Conduct Interviews: Skillfully interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Requirements

Requirements 

  • You will have 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting in the accounting, fintech, or tech industry.
  • A previous experience in a recruitment agency would be a great advantage. 
  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a proven track record in handling high-volume recruitment while maintaining the quality of hires. 
  • The ideal candidate should be self-driven and capable of leading the recruitment process with minimal supervision. You are expected to take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • While handling volume recruitment, you should also prioritize quality. Your ability to identify and select the best-fit candidates is crucial to ensuring the success and growth of our organization.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with hiring managers, understand their feedback and requirements, and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • In a fast-paced environment, a strong sense of urgency is essential. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can swiftly respond to talent needs, making timely hires to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • The recruitment landscape is constantly evolving, and you should be adaptable to changes in the industry and the organization's needs. Your ability to embrace innovation and new approaches is highly valued.
