We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Talent Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. As a Senior Talent Associate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring the smooth operation of related functions. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluate qualifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Continuously improve and refine the recruitment process based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform management decisions and drive continuous improvement in talent processes.
Requirements
- 2~4 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with demonstrated progression and achievements.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
