We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter on a 1 year contract to help us empower managers to do their best work by providing coaching, learning, and development opportunities.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from an hourly salary of $57 - $67 for most US locations and $63 - $72 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you’ll … 

  • Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs
  • Source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our product management, design, and engineering teams 
  • Advocate for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Work with the Talent team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics)
  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up level our team
  • Mentor, train, and share best practices with other members of the team
