Senior Technical Sourcer

What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for a Technical Sourcer with full-cycle experience on a 3-month contract basis to help us grow our Engineering team.
- A successful candidate will collaborate closely with the recruiting team and leadership team to identify hiring needs, meet and report on recruiting KPIs and manage the pipeline.
- You will also network with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best people, even those who are “not actively looking”.
What You'll Be Doing
- Help build a pipeline of top technical candidates from a variety of sources (LinkedIn, E-mail, GitHub, Specialized Job Boards, Events, etc.)
- Partner closely with our Recruiting team and Engineering leads to understand job requirements and fine tune outreach methods.
- Collaborate on creative strategies to attract and engage talented and diverse passive candidates. Comfortably present our technology and company culture to prospective candidates.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
$60 - $60 an hour
