Senior Treasury Analyst

We're looking for an outstanding team member to join Affirm’s Treasury team! Affirm Treasury is responsible for managing the company’s financial resources to mitigate risk while enabling growth and profitability. As a Treasury Senior Analyst, you will contribute to the Funding Strategy and Capital Operations Team in projecting funding requirements, recommending potential funding strategies, and balancing risk management and economic optimization in real time. The ideal team member will have strong technical and interpersonal skills and the desire to work closely with Treasury and cross-functional partners.
What You'll Do
- Play a meaningful role in developing and executing on funding strategy to enable the company’s growth
- Create forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to outline funding strategy recommendations and advise management on expected outcomes in a variety of forums
- Take a key responsibility in implementing approved funding strategies to deliver on capital efficiency and profitability goals
- Build and improve funding analytics and planning tools on Affirm’s proprietary loan management platform
- Collaborate with other Treasury teams, Capital Markets, Strategic Finance, Quantitative Markets, Accounting, and Engineering Teams to uncover new insights and build new tools to increase efficiencies and enhance end-to-end funding management processes
- Support Treasury Liquidity team with liquidity and cash flow modeling and management
- Develop a strong understanding of Affirm’s business from a unique perspective and learn how Treasury and Capital Markets fits into broader corporate initiatives
What We Look For
- 3+ years in treasury funding/liquidity, structured finance, consulting, banking, or risk management roles
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities, demonstrate analytical mindset, and think outside of the box
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
- High level of humility and willingness to own mistakes, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus, but not required
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear alignment with Affirm’s core values
