We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. We have a strong investor backing (a.o. Your mission at EDURINO
- Prototype and program interactive, educational games and applications using Unity for the Edurino app
- Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to bring creative concepts to life
- Create production-ready, high-quality code that can be easily maintained and shared
- Take ownership of planning and implementing gameplay and non-gameplay functionalities
- Maintain the product and provide bug fixes
- Understand and communicate the long-term directions for both project- and framework-level code
- Share knowledge and act as a “subject matter expert” on the team and to other teams
- Understand and integrate business implications and aspects in your daily work
- Stay updated with the latest Unity technologies and trends to continually improve our products and processes
It is a match if you…
- Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Unity Developer
- Possess deep knowledge of frontend development with Unity, programming in C# and software architecture
- Write clean, readable and easily maintainable code
- Have experience in mobile games development and released at multiple titles in the App Store and Google Play Store
- Have the ability to work self-directed and reliably and be a mentor for other developers, guiding them to learn
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities within remote team structures
- Are highly motivated, flexible and a team player
- Bonus: You are familiar with dependency injection and reactive programming

How to become part of the team
- We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
- Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
- The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
