Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior UX Design Lead with over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with a background in ESPs (Email Service Providers) and CRMs. This remote position offers a significant opportunity for professional growth within our innovative and forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading UX design projects, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure high-quality design outputs. Develop and implement UX strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.

● User Research & Analysis: Conduct and oversee user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

● Design Excellence: Create and oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.

● Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical requirements.

● Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design. Advocate for and implement design improvements that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, effectively communicating the value and rationale behind design decisions.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2B SaaS environments. Experience working with ESPs and CRMs is highly preferred.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design.

● Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Research Skills: Strong background in user research methodologies and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.

● Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver elegant, user-centric solutions.

● Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
