Role Overview:

We are seeking a Visual Designer with robust Webflow expertise and a track record of creating compelling, user-centric digital assets. The ideal candidate should be adept at implementing and leading design projects, maintaining brand consistency, and effectively collaborating across teams.

Your Role:

  • Design Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle of design at Sybill, including websites and digital assets, while mentoring designers and ensuring adherence to aesthetic and functional standards.
  • Design Implementation on Webflow: Design, develop, and optimize web pages and digital assets using Webflow, ensuring integration with third-party services and APIs.
  • SEO and Industry Best Practices: Apply technical SEO strategies as requested by the SEO specialist to boost visibility and stay updated with the latest trends in web design and development.
  • Brand Guide Development for Digital Platforms: Craft and maintain digital-specific brand guidelines to ensure consistency across web, social media, and email communications.
  • Asset Creation: Generate original graphics, icons, and visual elements that enhance the user experience and elevate the aesthetic quality of our web properties. Utilize a blend of photography, typography, and innovative design layouts.
  • Interactive Design: Create interactive elements and animations that improve user engagement and interactivity of the website.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design direction and project status.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Web Design Skills: Strong portfolio in responsive, aesthetically pleasing website design, preferably in Webflow
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead a design team and work collaboratively with cross-functional groups
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert in Webflow, familiar with Figma / Adobe Suite, and current web design trends
  • Strategic Insight: Skilled at integrating design initiatives with broader business and marketing strategies
  • Attention to Detail: Keen focus on intricate details across design <> business synergies, design thinking, and fundamental design principles.
  • Advantage: Web Development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a huge plus!
