We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.
About this role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually striking and effective marketing materials that enhance our brand and drive engagement. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to design assets for various channels, including paid and organic social media, email campaigns, banner ads, and product launches. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for design and a knack for marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and engaging visuals for both paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s voice and drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop a variety of marketing assets, including banner images, email templates, and other digital and print materials, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Produce high-quality images and infographics for blog posts, articles, and other content marketing initiatives to enhance readability and visual appeal.
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and graphic elements for video content, such as intros, outros, and lower-thirds, to boost viewer engagement and retention.
- Take ownership of the visual design for major marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring all assets are cohesive and support the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials.

- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma
- Experience creating marketing assets for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and banner ads.
- Ability to generate fresh, innovative design ideas that align with the brand strategy and marketing goals
- A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and quality across all visual design outputs, ensuring that every piece aligns with the brand’s guidelines and standards.
