As a GenAI Software Engineer at Icertis, you will be instrumental in developing innovative AI-driven solutions that power our contract intelligence platform. You will work hands-on to build and refine POCs and demos, ensuring rapid prototyping and iteration. Your technical expertise and collaborative spirit will help accelerate our product development, making a tangible impact on our customers and the industry.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to design and develop GenAI solutions that serve as the foundation for our products.
- Develop and implement key components within the AI stack, focusing on robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance our product offerings.
- Work in a dynamic team environment, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation through collaboration.
What you will bring
- A growth mindset and a deep understanding of evolving technology landscapes, driving the development of innovative products.
- Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, ideally within dynamic startup environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, focusing on efficiency and innovation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders, driving successful engagements and POCs.
- A customer-centric approach and a relentless drive for excellence, aligned with our foundational values.
- Technical proficiency in AI/ML technologies, including Traditional ML models, NLP, LLMs, and Vector Databases.
- A degree in computer science or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to design distinctive product capabilities that resonate with customer needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging others.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on both tactical execution and long-term vision.
- Self-motivation, integrity, and a track record of delivering impactful results with a high degree of autonomy.
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed work environments.
- Experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning technologies.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required for the role.
$130,000 - $220,000 a year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
