What you’ll do

In this role, you will take ownership and lead the development and optimization of assessment workflows within the Hyperproof product, with a strong focus on collaboration with our big customers and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and alignment between Hyperproof’s capabilities and their processes. You will be empowered with the autonomy needed to drive successful outcomes and elevate the product’s value in collaborative environments.

  • You’ll develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your areas of ownership with Hyperproof's overall vision and business goals.
  • You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, engineering, and design teams, to understand market needs, customer requirements, and integration opportunities.
  • You’ll engage with customers and gather feedback to understand pain points, gather insights, and validate solutions.
  • You’ll conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry standards, and customer demands.
  • You’ll work with development teams to turn specifications into work items, cost and prioritize those work items, and drive the team sprints. 
  • You’ll define and prioritize integration features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.
  • You’ll work closely with the engineering team to translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • You’ll collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for integration-related features.
  • You’ll collaborate with customer success and support teams to provide technical expertise and support for inquiries and issues.
  • You’ll monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product decision-making.
  • You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to compliance and ComOps.
  • You’ll represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in ComOps discussions and industry events.
  • You’ll continuously act as the champion of our users and customers to ensure their needs are always a top priority!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years experience in a product or program management role, preferably on an enterprise SaaS product team that enables operations productivity (Salesforce, Atlassian, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on operations productivity platform and application experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills - the ability to build alignment and clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and customers/partners
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and customer value through integration solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity - someone who delves deep into the details to understand the root cause of problems, unexpected user behavior, etc.
  • Team player - people around you do better work because of your enthusiasm, openness, and willingness to help out

Note: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

WHAT WILL BE THE PLUS

  • You have experience in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity domain.
  • You have knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

LOCATION

  • We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

We respect your time and want to provide clarity on what to anticipate. For this interview process, we anticipate:

  • A 30-minute initial chat with the Principal People and Talent Partner,
  • Take-home assessment, 
  • Four 60-minute 1:1 chats with Interviewers from the Product team or other team members, one of whom will be the Hiring Manager.

During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask any important questions you may have. This will also give our team a chance to get to know you better and determine the right fit for you within our team.

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.

Remote USA

$160,000—$180,000 USD
