About the Role

Citrine is seeking a talented and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our infrastructure management and configuration tools, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our CI/CD pipeline system, and enhancing the observability of our system. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, commitment to information security, and optimization of AWS expenditure are key components of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Citrine’s infrastructure management tools
  • Implement and maintain Citrine’s configuration management tools
  • Maximize uptime and efficiency of our CI/CD pipeline system
  • Instrument and improve the observability of our system
  • On-call rotation with other software engineers
  • Improve the developer experience helping maximize development velocity
  • Promote and implement best practices for information security and cloud security
  • Optimize our AWS expenditure

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer or equivalent role
  • AWS, Jenkins, Datadog, Github, CloudFormation, Terraform
  • Python, Node/Typescript, JVM
  • Docker

  • Experience in an ISO-27001 or SOC2-compliant environment

Compensation and Pay Transparency 

At Citrine, we want your path to career growth to be transparent, straightforward, fair, and easily accessible -- starting with your application and interview process. The annual salary range listed below reflects the level we are considering for this position (please note that there may be unique situations where you may fall outside of this range). Where you fall within the range will depend on how your experience and skills align with our internal leveling system as we learn more about you throughout the interview process.

$165,000 USD - $190,000 USD
