Social Media Manager - Remote job

We are looking for an creative, data-driven, and dynamic Social Media Manager to become a reference in the Beauty & Skin Care industry for social media strategy and management.

Job requirements

Role Challenges

  1. Create social media tactics and strategies to achieve the goals.
  2. Ensure we have 7 posts per week for each of our 2 skin care brands with at least 3 of them being short-form videos (brief + simple CapCut editing).
  3. Brief 4 long-form YouTube videos for The Spa Dr.
  4. Video Briefs and simple CapCut editing for UGC content made by Content Creators.
  5. Oversee, manage and optimize ongoing social operations lead by Social Media Coordinators.
  6. Optimize the social media process and strategy as needed in order to ensure the engagement, impressions and revenue goals are met each quarter.
  7. Guide social media content planning through a data-driven mindset.
