Job Description
We are looking for strong Backend Software Engineers that are interested in building and scaling a decentralized exchange. This is a unique opportunity to make a big business impact, realize creative ideas, and build an amazing culture driven by intellectual curiosity and collaborative spirit.
You will lead backend development, improve security of the systems, work closely with the leadership team, and optimize partner experience.
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of industry experience building complex distributed systems(sharding, consistency, availability, performance)
- Strong experience in NodeJS, JavaScript and other JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong desire to join an early stage start-up and make it a success
- Excellent communication skills
- BS in Computer Science or a related field from a top program
Pluses
- Experience with Go, Rust, or other programming languages
- Experience in data warehousing
- Experience and/ or interest in financial systems like exchanges, crypto/blockchain systems etc.
