About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will bring strong technical experience to the table and take part in and lead key initiatives while delivering high-quality software with a "right and fast" approach. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop and maintain key Capsule systems that solves customer pain points.
- Participate in implementation of key projects that contribute to the company OKRs
- Apply your knowledge of software engineering principles to build APIs, Services & System Workflows
- Review product requirements, provide detailed software design and build the software that meets the requirements in high-quality and clean code using Python and other programming languages that the team uses to build Capsule systems
Requirements:
- You have 2+ years of overall software engineering experience
- You are an expert in both backend and front-end mainstream programming languages and frameworks such as Kotlin, Python, Typescript, React, Django
- You have experience contributing to the design, and maintenance of new and existing systems
- You have been part of a team that owned software components critical to driving business outcomes

- The starting anticipated earnings for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000. Compensation packages include base pay and benefits
