Job Description

The Opportunity

Cint is actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Specialist, FP&A, to support our organization's financial planning and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will engage in meaningful collaboration with stakeholders across the company, providing support through financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to steer decision-making processes. This position will play a critical role in developing and refining processes and systems, ensuring the foundation is set for the company's future achievements and growth.

You will report into the Vice President of FP&A, based in the United States. We value a high-performance mentality, strong analytical and modeling skills, and effective communication skills.

  • Lead Finance partner to Marketing, providing additional support, as needed, to Customer Experience and Supply & Data Partnerships teams
  • Prepare management reporting packages that deliver comprehensive insights and analyses to help guide decision-making
  • Perform regular reviews of financial outcomes with department leaders to enhance the accuracy and reliability of forecasting efforts.
  • Work closely with the People team to manage Headcount planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and strategic staffing needs
  • Support the Accounting team with month-end close process by overseeing accruals, providing necessary adjustments, and identifying deviations from expectations and trends
  • Actively participate in the Annual Budget, partnering with department leads to align investments and resources with the company’s strategic goals for the coming year
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the FP&A team and Cint Leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to changing business needs and challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)
  • Demonstratable, progressive, FP&A experience and a proficient understanding of financial statements and GAAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced modeling skills in Excel, experience with Business Intelligence tools, and ability to leverage tools to generate data-driven insights

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
