Are you a strategic and creative thinker with a proven history managing national sports partnerships, specifically NBA and WNBA? We’re looking for a Sr. Account Director who will lead a team that is changing the way fans experience sports. In this role you will lead a client account responsible for providing strategic consultation, partnership and talent management, rights activation consultation, and even some executional support. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and be an integrator within a cross-agency team bringing to life programs and partnerships with the WNBA, NBA, team(s) and talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Account Leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners while guiding junior team members to maintain high standards of work product across the team, including strategic feedback on internal and external deliverables and project and program tracking oversight.

Strategic Consulting. Serve as primary resource for WNBA/NBA knowledge and insights for clients and partner agencies. Ability to think creatively, identify and highlight key areas of opportunity for program enhancement or improvement within the basketball ecosystem.

Partnership Management. Serve as main liaison to WNBA, NBA, and Player Associations while overseeing sponsorship assets, deliverable timelines and event planning across multiple programs and properties.

Cross Collaborator. You are a team player who can build strong working relationships with clients, partner agencies, properties, internal teams, and external vendors, and collaborate to bring the partnerships and programs to life.
