Sr. Analyst, Messaging & Content
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Messaging & Content Strategy on the Sales Messaging & Distribution team — part of the Evernorth Growth Office under Buyer Enablement — is responsible for serving as a strategic partner for departments across the company in an effort to create engaging, winning sales messaging and content across the stages of the buying journey. He or she is responsible for concurrently managing multiple strategic topic areas, writing new and maintaining current content and messaging, while developing deep relationships with subject matter experts.
Essential Functions
Analyze, research, write, and edit buyer messaging and content that supports our sales and account teams in winning and renewing business, enabling Evernorth to grow and expand
Develop deep understanding of assigned business topic areas to create buyer messaging that supports the different stages of the buyer journey, enabling Evernorth growth
Ensure buyer messaging and content is accurate, client-appropriate, and meets our department expectation of "good" by partnering closely with subject matter experts across the organization
Build strong, deep relationships with key cross-functional partners
Develop understanding of the buying journey and its stages, including but not limited to the RFP & Finalist processes, and how Sales Operations and Sales Enablement support the growth and expansion of Evernorth
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create engaging, strategic content that showcases Evernorth as a partner of choice and what we offer to clients and future clients
Use strong critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and uncertainty
Showcase strong project management skills and the ability to effectively multitask
Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix organization, interacting with all levels of leadership; comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity in a growing and evolving organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of previous work experience. English or writing-focused degree or experience preferred
Strong writing and storytelling skills a must. Strong leader with experience developing messaging strategies
Strategic thinker with a passion for learning and understanding our products, services, and key business drivers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and work independently with minimal guidance
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
