ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis and generating insights to support business decision-making in a fast-paced environment.They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions. The ideal candidate is proficient in SQL and will have a strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.

The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities and building a sustainable data structure to support the analysis. Moreover, this person will excel at extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Conduct complex data analysis to generate insights and support business decision-making
  • Develop and implement statistical models to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to business stakeholders
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical solutions, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the vertical to influence and set strategy
  • Serve as an integral strategic planning participant for the company and an essential internal resource for sales and marketing leadership on all analytics needs.
  • Develop unique knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing segments by providing expert knowledge on historical, current and predictive views of sales and marketing metrics to key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

Qualifications & Credentials

Minimum Qualifications & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in analytics, mathematics, data science, BI or related field or equivalent work experience

Hard/Technical Skills

  • Experience creating and maintaining reports using BI tools
  • SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau or Power BI
  • Attention to detail and consistent delivery of accurate work

  • Location: Remote/ Tulsa
  • Frequency of travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training and/or conferences.
