The Global Accounts Receivables team is a part of the Enterprise Platforms and plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase member value.
We’re looking for someone to join our team – a strategic problem solver exhibiting high level of customer empathy, with an ability to see offerings through the eyes of the user, ensuring each new release incrementally enhances the product experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product Manager and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
- Write user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
- Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
- Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment.
- Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
Qualifications
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile. Familiarity with BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles is highly preferred.
- Recent experience working with a team of software engineers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be a valuable asset
- Experience with a Bank Accounts Receivable or Payment or Lending Product highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
- High degree of comfort and understanding with technical concepts, data structure, tech stacks preferred
- Prior experience in a matrix organization and cross functional environment is a plus.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
