Senior Business Development Specialist - (Full-Time / Days)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Puget Sound area
Working in collaboration with executive leaders and management team, the Senior Business Development Specialist leads physician sales and outreach efforts to develop, implement, and strategize a variety of tactics designed to improve market share throughout the assigned service area. In keeping with the strategic and marketing plan, the Senior Business Development Specialist develops and communicates an understanding of local & regional competitors and services and works with leadership and service lines to refine and update program development priorities in response.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, business, healthcare, education, or a related field or equivalent education/experience
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 2 years of proven leadership experience and success operating in a large medical center.
- 2 years of experience in the service line (e.g. oncology, orthopedics, etc.).
- 5 years of demonstrate proven leadership experience and success in a multidisciplinary environment with physicians, staff and hospital executives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health or Business Administration
- 5 years of middle to senior level management experience coordinating community outreach and marketing health care services to physicians.
- 5 years of of territory sales and account management
