We care about the user experience and design creative solutions that will be useful and delightful for them while also delivering against brands' objectives/KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a bright, enthusiastic, and optimistic individual who can lead a team or Art Directors and Designers to develop world-class creative for our advertisers. You will be focused on strategic conversations and campaign pitches, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to provide creative support for omnichannel programs. This role is right for you if you are a strategic + innovative thinker, have an ability to build and maintain professional relationships, possess strong business acumen, and effective time and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the creative messaging strategy by keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape, as well as collaborating with creative leadership, creative agencies, business owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable ideas and messages.
- "Own the room" as a representative of the creative leadership team by asking the right questions, challenging the status quo, and presenting and defending our work to stakeholders at every stage.

- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to create and present world-class work.
- Influence, develop, and execute content and communication strategies across paid, owned and earned platforms.
- Build pitch decks to showcase strategic thinking behind high-level omnichannel executions.
- Engage with Sales and Marketing leads on an ongoing basis to discuss creative opportunities for their suppliers and support for upcoming campaign work.
- Create impactful B2C storytelling across traditional, digital, social and influencer channels.
- Aid Marketing efforts to align on upcoming programs pertaining to priority suppliers.
Position Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of creative copywriting experience in agency and/or multi-brand retail industry.
- College degree: BA or BFA in advertising or marketing preferred.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Mastery of the art of storytelling and selling through creative ideas.
- Ability to produce high-level conceptual direction across a multitude of brand verticals.
- Fluent understanding of current digital trends and social creator/influencer landscape.
- Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time. Very detail oriented.
- Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
- Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
Minimum Qualifications...
