About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director of Finance to oversee our finance organization. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field.

You’re excited about this opportunity because…

  • Develop and execute financial strategy to support company goals and growth objectives
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
  • Evaluate and manage risk, including financial and operational risk
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and auditors
  • Manage the finance team and foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork
  • Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning

We’re excited about you because…

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience with M&A transactions a plus
