About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director of Finance to oversee our finance organization. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field.

- Develop and execute financial strategy to support company goals and growth objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Evaluate and manage risk, including financial and operational risk
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and auditors
- Manage the finance team and foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning
We’re excited about you because…
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with M&A transactions a plus
