Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director is responsible for the day-to-day business oversight of the Global Proposals’ Knowledge Management tools and corporate CRM and FOIA request process as well operation and maintenance of all proposal management applications and software. The Senior Director works with the managers, corporate executives, business development and capture teams to support proposals for health and human services programs at the federal, state, local, and international levels of government.
Job Summary: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee global Knowledge Management, opportunity tracking, US-based registrations and FOIA requests in support of Maximus business and proposal development Direct management responsibility for the team of >5 people with direct supervisory responsibilities including staff development, performance assessment and management. Manage team of developers and programmers involved in creating and maintaining custom SharePoint sites for business and proposal development Responsible for the development and maintenance of various subject matter relationships throughout the organization to ensure strong partnership in support of our departments RFP strategies and objectives Fosters team accountability for the success of our proposal content. Works closely with team and matrix partners to ensure new content is developed and existing content is refreshed and accurate to meet the needs of RFX’s Manage, maintain, and make provides the Content Management strategy to support Capture and Proposals Develop content, and write, post, and maintain project past performance for established Maximus projects (federal, state, local, and international contracts) Provide writing and research support to US and out-of-US (OUS) proposal, business development, and capture teams Develop training materials, user manuals, and systems documentation Provide training and technical assistance to users as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to SharePoint
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, in Business, Strategy, Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or related field required.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Perform comfortably in a fast- paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment and successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with government procurement requirements, to include the FAR and equivalents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and be willing and capable of working collaboratively and flexibly with all members of the team and Maximus stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Comfort and familiarity in dealing with highly confidential information
- Knowledge of working in a proposal environment in support of national, local and international government agencies
- SharePoint, understanding of database design, and ability to analyze data
- Knowledge of content management AI software is highly desired but not required
