Sr. Field Marketing Manager

Posted Apr 17

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll be a critical member of the go to market team at Cyberhaven. You’ll directly contribute to the growth of our business by partnering with the field (sales, channel) to own and drive a portfolio of field marketing activities to build and accelerate pipeline.

This is an exciting time for us as we’re working to change how the world’s data is managed, secured and protected, and we need someone who can help our team power the demand funnel along this mission.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the field marketing strategy and channel marketing at Cyberhaven
  • Own overall event design, operations, measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate with channel, sales, and marketing teams to develop event strategies and content for virtual and live events, including Cyberhaven-hosted events, webinars, demos, lunch & learns, workshops, partner events, third-party events, and more
  • Articulate what’s in it for our audience, if they are to spend their most valuable resource (time) to attend our events. What experience can we deliver that is valuable and unique?
  • Event Operations: manage budgets, internal/external stakeholders, marketing and creative teams, event technology, shipping and logistics, booth builds, booth traffic and engagement activities, negotiate contracts, manage vendor/partner relationships, develop and manage multiple project plans and timelines simultaneously
  • Drive lead follow-up plans and handling, and lead nurturing
  • Channel Marketing: execute marketing activities to drive pipeline through Cyberhaven’s channel partners. Drive new resellers to partner with Cyberhaven through webinars, lunch and learns, channel field events, and more. Collaborate with the marketing teams at channel partners to drive acquisition of net new accounts.
  • Create measurement criteria and manage feedback loop with cross-functional teams to continually measure program effectiveness – define and refine event metrics over time
  • Operate as an extension of the sales organization: intimately understand the profile of an ideal sales opportunity, understand how we partner with our customers, track leads and accounts throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Your job extends beyond the life of an event.
  • Meet or exceed demand gen and sales pipeline goals

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in field, channel, or demand-gen, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • 3+ years working with cross-functional teams or stakeholders, particularly sales, channel and partner organizations
  • Experience working directly with sales leadership to build pipeline
  • Excellent communications and project-management skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external partners and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
  • Excellent prioritization skills to individually detect and deliver the most important things first
  • Ability to effectively delegate work across cross functional teams and build strong peer relationships, particularly with sales teams
  • Ability to multitask and take the lead on several events simultaneously
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to work on what needs to get done - list uploads, data cleaning, writing copy, implementing new processes or technology
  • Hands-on experience in CRM or marketing automation tools, with the ability to track campaigns, leads, pull reports, and build dashboards
  • Ability to think around the corners, plan for the unexpected/worst case scenarios
  • Able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Can adapt to changes on a short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
