Sr Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
-Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, prepare financial reports,and provide recommendations to senior management.
-Develop and maintain financial models to help identify trends, issues, and opportunities that may impact the business.
-Own month-end close process by reviewing monthly variances by P&L line. Ensure that the financial statements are compliant with the standard accountingpractices and regulatory requirements of the relevant authorities.
-Own monthly expense tracking by category and teams. Work on reports that supportbetter understanding of expenses.
-Participate in strategic planning by providing financial insights and forecasting trends and their impact.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
-Proven experience of at least 7-10 years of financial management, preferably in a senior role.
-Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
-Advanced capabilities in Excel and other analytical tools.
-Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multipledepartments.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously under tightdeadlines.
-Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is a plus.
-Excellent English level.
