Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting will play an important role within the growing finance team. This position reports directly to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial statements, delivering financial and operational business models, consolidated reporting, analyses and metrics that lead to insightful and accurate business decisions.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare reporting, analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review meetings including Board Meetings and Private Equity Investor requirements.
  • Provide key inputs in support of the company’s detailed long-range strategic planning models.
  • Conduct financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, partnerships, new product development, pricing, long-term contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects.
  • Perform complex analysis of financial results and produce regular reports outlining variances and trends.
  • Work closely with internal department leaders on processes and analysis, including: reporting, pipeline, bookings, margin statements, profitability analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Support budget and forecasting cycles - system, process, and financial analysis.
  • Analyze budget and forecast variances; work with the accounting team and department leaders to provide visibility and to understand fluctuations in revenues, expenses, and other key metrics.
  • Automate analytical and reporting processes.
  • Interact with all levels of management, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
  • Work on special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned by the Director FP&A, VP FP&A, CFO, CEO, and other members of the management team.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned based on business need.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 years of progressive experience in an FP&A or Corporate Finance role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced experience working with corporate budgeting process and detailed financial models
  • Experience using Financial EPM software
  • Ability to partner and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Ability to successfully work across departments and building solid relationships with stakeholders throughout the company
  • Ability to stay organized and balance shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

$85,000 - $110,000 a year

10% Annual Bonus opportunity
