Sr. Front-end Web Developer

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Next.js or other React-based frameworks.
  • Create and manage reusable React components to ensure consistency and efficiency in the development process.
  • Implement elegant and user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS. 
  • Advocate for and enforce best practices, including clean code, modular architecture, and performance optimization. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, and translate them into innovative front-end solutions.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow in their roles.
  • Be proactive, independent, focus on priorities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features on time.
  • Organize and conduct learning sessions to share knowledge on tools, libraries, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with Next.JS or any React-based framework. 
  • Ability to create reusable components in React.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Capability to collaborate with stakeholders, understand technical requirements and translate them into clear solutions.
  • Proactive mindset
  • Advanced English

Nice to Have:

  • Be familiar with libraries such as formik, react-quill, or editor.js. 
  • Experience working on React projects from scratch.
  • Experience with Firebase and GCP.
  • Some experience with mobile development in React Native
