We are looking for a Sr. Global Operations Manager to join our Team! This person is expected to be the leader of Omni Channel Global Operations for the company, Making sure the production, sourcing, quality and risk management processes are working properly for all our business units (intimate apparel and beauty)
Job requirements
Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for omnichannel and multiple business units, which are at different stages.
- Supplier management: lead relationships with factories globally, ensuring we have the right capacity and quality standards (agreements, audits, compliance).
- Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement culture to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our production process.
- Risk management: risk assessment policy defined and implemented
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas to develop key projects such as implementing new product categories with the right quality.
Experience/ Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sr. Manager of Global Operations or in similar roles.
- Must be based in the US territory or Hong Kong.
- Solid experience in factory production and quality processes in the intimate apparel, general apparel, and or beauty industry
- Experience managing different business units simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams overseas, preferably in China.
- Availability to travel for work-related purposes.
