Given our exceptional growth, we are expanding and hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer Temporary role to join us on this exciting journey for 6-months. You’ll be joining an ambitious team who share a passion for creative ideas and how design and craft can bring those to life. We value beautiful design work at Bishop Fox and understand the critical role it plays in the success of our marketing activities. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will establish, evolve, execute, and expand Bishop Fox as a world-class brand. Partnering with our Director of Design, your focus will be to create stunning designs that express the brand through client and public-facing communications.
Responsibilities
You’ll be designing and creating a wide variety of assets to support our digital and content marketing efforts, including imagery for our website, blogs, social media, and other platforms. Additionally, you’ll design materials like postcards, collaterals, presentations, and white papers.
- Be creative and innovative! Conceptualize ideas and come up with original design work that resonates with our target audience.
- Visualize highly technical concepts in collaboration with our product marketing team.
- Analyze the performance of design work in collaboration with functional marketing leaders to continually refine and improve assets.
- Develop visual brand guidelines for Bishop Fox.
- Provide art direction and constructive feedback to other designers and marketers.
- Develop templates to enable others to produce materials that fit our brand guidelines.
- Incorporate creative feedback and direction from stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines and guidelines. We are also seeking someone who resonates with our current brand and wants to continue to build on the strong visual foundation that we’ve built.
- You must submit a portfolio of your past work when applying for this job to be considered for the role.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or equivalent life experience.
- 6+ years in a formal graphic design role (in-house brand experience is a plus).
- 2+ years working with B2B tech brand(s), (cybersecurity is a plus).
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and Office365; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Marketo, Craft.
- Contemporary design aesthetic with an eye for typography, color palettes, and layout hierarchy.
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible with changing demands.
- Team player mentality, with desire to collaborate with others.
- Ability to accept constructive, candid feedback.
- Ability to think creatively and articulate your ideas.
