As Senior Lead of Creative Production, you will be a hands-on EP/video production lead on Consumer Marketing Initiatives, specifically Brand Campaign. You will join a team of capable and supportive producers that produce all the assets for House of Creative, Pinterest’s in-house agency.
What you’ll do:
- Lead production for consumer marketing tentpole projects such as the annual brand campaign which is conceived of and produced in-house in partnership with production vendors.
- Manage approval process of work with Consumer Marketing in a timely manner to ensure feedback and direction.
- Serve as main production partner for consumer marketing team which touches consumer campaigns, social, brand partnerships across a variety of mediums including but not limited to film, video, digital and comms.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and other internal partners including localization, legal, media, creative leadership, communications, and more.
- Ideally, work on the West Coast (as PST working hours are required.)
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of production experience, both agency production and brandside experience are required (contracts acceptable)
- Experience working with big budget/high complexity projects as well as those with micro-budgets.
- Experience and comfort level with cross-functional relationships and collaboration.
- Deep experience in film production and broadcast space with a wide network of vendor relationships.
- Expertise in post production, including editorial, VFX, music, sound etc.
- Roll-up-your sleeves mentality. We are a small team so you must be a doer and also set strategy for a given production.
- Process-oriented and entrepreneurial - we’re a fully remote team and being able to operate independently to get things done will be key to succeeding.
- Must thrive in problem-solving and finding a way to pull off great creativity by suggesting smarter, more efficient ways to approach the work.
- Be a great communicator: someone who is excellent at helping groups reach consensus, make decisions and move forward. Also must be able to communicate to non-production natives in a way that makes decisions needed clear and easy to follow.

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
